What’s been going on….
Lately life has been really crazy, full of wonderful surprises, and big changes! What do you do when stuff like this happens? Embrace it….with open arms, open heart, and big smile! Last week at the store we had our Product RUN:Way Show and the next morning I woke up at 4 to fly out to Colorado to see my sister, brother-in-law, and baby nephew! He was born Thursday, March 8 at 8pm!

This past week I’ve been focusing on both the letters F & G because last week was so nuts, full of sleep deprivation, and work that I missed a week in the 26-week challenge!
F: Focus, Fire, Fuel
Focus: refocusing and getting back on track with work after being gone for a few days. Even though it wasn’t a long trip my routine and everything that comes with it was thrown off!
Fire: Getting that fire lit so I can really thrive during this new adventure of leaving the gym and coaching crossFit, opening my own training company, and building my Advocare business!
Fuel: making sure that my eating habits are planned out and specific so I can get the MOST out of every day!!
G: Gratitude, Guide, Give
Gratitude: Making sure everyone I come across understands my gratitude for everything they have done for me in my life. It is important to make sure that we are all expressing our gratitude for all the big and little things in life!
Guide: As a personal trainer and coach I need to make sure I am doing the best I can to guide people in the perfect direction of their goals through goal coaching, nutrition consultations, workouts, etc.
Give: I want to give back this week. As a way to express gratitude, but also just as something nice to do for others.
